Zo is a Reiki Master, registered reflexologist, and intuitive reader who blends hands-on care with nervous-system-soothing techniques. Rooted, holistic sensibility supports whole-self healing. Her sessions are trauma-informed and client-centered. Moving at each person’s pace, while prioritizing safety and consent.
Zo focuses on sustainable care and small practices that add up. Professionally trained across clinical and energetic traditions, Zo draws on her own healing journey to create a warm, steady space for clients who want to rest more deeply, move through overwhelm, and reconnect to their bodies and inner guidance.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a nurturing foot therapy that uses targeted pressure to support relaxation, improve sleep, circulation, and whole-body balance. Sessions include a brief intake, and a focused reflexology treatment, every session is completed with grounding - all while you relax on a cozy treatment table. Reflexology can be an excellent add-on to your self-care routine and pairs beautifully with gentle energy work.

A blended session with targeted reflexology and restorative Reiki for deep nervous-system support and soulful relaxation. After a short intake to understand your needs, you may choose one of three options:

Even 50/50 split (45 minutes reflexology + 45 minutes Reiki)
Each session ends with quiet grounding, tailored aftercare suggestions, and time to rest before you go.
Reflexology is covered by some extended health/paramedical plans (coverage is plan-dependent) and we provide detailed receipts to assist reimbursement
Reiki
Experience gentle energetic healing in a calm, nurturing space. Reiki sessions are a hands-on (or hands-off) energy treatment that supports relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Sessions begin with a short intake to understand your needs, a quick energy reading, followed by a guided, restful treatment while you lie comfortably fully clothed. Reiki is excellent for stress relief, emotional processing, and supporting your body’s natural ability to restore itself.

oracle/Tarot card reading
An in-depth session where we delve into a specific topic,after you will depart with actionable steps. We will utilize a customized spread to unveil themes and options, translating the cards into a concise, practical plan along with a grounding ritual to help you integrate the insights.

A quick but powerful energetic check-in. Using reiki intuition and tools such as a pendulum, I tune into your energetic field to identify imbalances, blockages, or shifts that may need attention. This mini session offers initial insight, validation, or direction. Perfect add-on to a session, or whenever you need an energetic snapshot.

Your appointment begins with a grounding conversation to set intentions, followed by a reiki treatment to support relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Once your energy is balanced, we move into a personalized reading to explore guidance, patterns, and next steps aligned with your highest good.
This package includes a complete spread, a high-resolution photo of the spread, and a brief follow-up summary ( as a PDF) or an MP3 recording upon request.
