Sessions include a brief intake, and a focused reflexology treatment, every session is completed with grounding - all while you relax on a cozy treatment table. Reflexology can be an excellent add-on to your self-care routine and pairs beautifully with gentle energy work.

A blended session with targeted reflexology and restorative Reiki for deep nervous-system support and soulful relaxation. After a short intake to understand your needs, you may choose one of three options:

 

  1. 60 minutes of reflexology followed by 30 minutes of Reiki integration

  2. 60 minutes of Reiki followed by 30 minutes of reflexology grounding

  3. Even 50/50 split (45 minutes reflexology + 45 minutes Reiki)

 

Each session ends with quiet grounding, tailored aftercare suggestions, and time to rest before you go.

Experience gentle energetic healing in a calm, nurturing space. Reiki sessions are a hands-on (or hands-off) energy treatment that supports relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Sessions begin with a short intake to understand your needs, a quick energy reading, followed by a guided, restful treatment while you lie comfortably fully clothed. Reiki is excellent for stress relief, emotional processing, and supporting your body’s natural ability to restore itself.

A quick but powerful energetic check-in. Using reiki intuition and tools such as a pendulum, I tune into your energetic field to identify imbalances, blockages, or shifts that may need attention. This mini session offers initial insight, validation, or direction. Perfect add-on to a session, or whenever you need an energetic snapshot.

A restorative session blending intuitive energy work with guided insight.  Appointments begins with a grounding conversation to set intentions, followed by Reiki to support relaxation, energetic balance, and emotional release. Once energy is balanced, we move to a personalized reading to explore guidance, patterns, and next steps aligned with your highest good.

This package includes a complete spread, a high-resolution photo of the spread, and a brief follow-up summary ( as a PDF) or an MP3 recording upon request.
