Private Infant massage class
with Aimee Sutton R.M.T , C.I.M.T
Hi, I'm Aimee, a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Infant Massage Trainer (CIMT™), as well as a mama.

I have a passion for empowering parents with the skills to connect and communicate with their infants through the art of touch. This includes gaining a deeper understanding of your baby's physical cues and emotional responses while respectfully familiarizing yourself with their body.

Engaging in massage not only facilitates shared benefits through touch and eye contact but also triggers the release of hormones such as Oxytocin and dopamine for both you and your baby. These hormonal responses contribute to improved mood and strengthened bonding. Remarkably, studies have indicated that mothers experiencing Postpartum Depression (PPD) can find relief through symptom management via massage practice.

Practicing infant massage instills confidence during what can be a chaotic time, offering a precious opportunity to slow down and forge a stronger bond with your little one while alleviating any discomfort they may be experiencing.

Moreover, it serves as a wonderful inclusive activity for the entire family. Grandparents, non-gestational/adoptive parents, and older siblings can participate, fostering valuable moments of connection while bonding with the baby.
