To help you prepare for your visit, please keep the following information in mind:

 

• Parking & Access: For your convenience, parking is available at both the front and back of the building. You can enter through either the front or rear entrance.

• Accessibility: If you require an elevator, please enter through the front doors; the elevator is located in the front lobby to take you to the second floor.

• Payment & Insurance: Please note that we do not offer direct billing. Payment is required upfront at the time of your treatment. We will provide you with an electronic receipt immediately after your session, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee at your therapist's discretion.

• Arrival: We recommend arriving hydrated and in comfortable clothing. To maintain a healthy environment for all our clients, we also ask that you do not smoke immediately before treatment.
