Ashley is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with a Bachelor of Applied Science who is passionate about helping clients feel their best through personalized, holistic care. Her acupuncture treatments are commonly used to relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety, support fertility, and promote deep relaxation. Many clients notice not only symptom relief but also a calm, grounded feeling during and after treatment, as acupuncture helps stimulate the release of endorphins and other natural healing responses in the body. Ashley takes an integrative approach, combining her background in nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. Treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, and red light therapy, all tailored to your individual needs for both immediate results and long-term health.

TCM Acupuncture

Fertility Acupuncture
