Osteopathy | Guelph
Hi, I’m Andi! I’m an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, mom of two, and lifelong lover of movement, wellness, and the wonderfully complicated human body.
My approach to osteopathy is gentle, curious, and whole-person. I believe our bodies are constantly adapting to everything life asks of us—how we move, how we sleep, stress, work, exercise, grow, parent, recover, and simply get through the day.
I love helping people feel more comfortable and connected in their bodies, whether that means supporting an active lifestyle, navigating pregnancy and postpartum changes, caring for little ones, or simply making everyday movement feel a little easier.
I have a background in Kinesiology and Physical Education and Osteopathic Manipulative Science, and I bring a combination of clinical knowledge, hands-on care, movement awareness, and a genuinely human approach to each treatment.
I’m especially passionate about family wellness and creating a space where people of all ages feel welcome, listened to, and cared for.
When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me with my two girls, outside somewhere, dancing in the kitchen, or dreaming up another way to make wellness feel a little more joyful.

What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual assessment and treatment that emphasizes the interrelationship between structure and function of the body. Osteopaths are functional anatomists who use manual therapy. They find the health, rather than focus on disease. Osteopathic treatment works to restore proper body mechanics, nerve impulses and the circulation of body fluids.
